Tammy Coxen:

Tammy is a convention runner out of Ann Arbor, MI. She was the three time conchair of the Detroit area’s longest running convention, ConFusion. In 2014 she chaired Detcon1, the North American Science Fiction Convention (NASFiC), also in Detroit. Besides chairing, Tammy has worked in a variety of other departments at conventions large and small, and is particularly known for her work in hospitality and for her skill at mixing up tasty cocktails from random leftover party ingredients.

Christopher J Garcia:

Chris is a wild ball of energy out of Santa Clara, CA. He is a dedicated producer of fanzines, most notably The Drink Tank, for which he won a Hugo in 2011, and Journey Planet, which has been nominated several times for a Hugo Award. He has wild and varied interests and can pull off the Fred Flintstone look better than anyone in fandom.

Dave McCarty:

Dave is a convention runner out of Chicago, IL. He found fandom while he was in high school in the 80’s and got his first job as a convention runner was being chairman of a not-quite-thousand-person convention convention in Chicago in 1999. He went on to chair that convention multiple times as well as chair two bids to bring the World Science Fiction Convention to Chicago and actually chair Chicon 7, the 70th World Science Fiction Convention in 2012.

Helen Montgomery:

Helen is a convention runner out of Chicago, IL, though she’s originally from Troy, MI (yes, that makes her “Helen of Troy”). She’s chaired regional conventions in Chicago multiple times and was the organizing force in the recent Chicago bids for the World Science Fiction Convention. She was vice-chair of Chicon 7, the 70th World Science Fiction Convention and she is one of the founders of (and primary motivating force for) the Science Fiction Outreach Project, which works to connect folks attending comic-cons with local literary conventions and the Worldcon.
